You will be a trusted partner to our Home Care teams, helping translate financial information into insights that support better decisions for the people and communities we serve. About You:

 

  • CA or CPA qualified (or working towards)
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar Financial Accountant role
  • Strong experience preparing full trial balance and reconciliations
  • Experience producing financial reports for internal and external stakeholders
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build collaborative relationships
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines
  • Experience with Technology One, AlayaCare, or similar financial management systems
  • Experience in the aged care, home care, healthcare, community services, or not-for-profit sector is highly desirable
