About the Role:
As a Student Wellbeing Support Officer, you'll play a meaningful role in supporting the social and emotional wellbeing of children and young people within a school environment. Working closely with students, you'll deliver one-on-one support, facilitate small group wellbeing programs and help create safe, inclusive spaces where young people can build resilience, strengthen relationships and engage positively in their learning.
This is an opportunity to make a genuine difference while working alongside schools, families and community stakeholders to support positive outcomes for children and young people.

You're a compassionate and motivated professional who is passionate about supporting children and young people to thrive. You build strong, trusting relationships, communicate effectively and take a strengths-based approach to supporting wellbeing. You enjoy working collaboratively and are committed to creating safe and inclusive environments for all students.
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
- Certificate IV in Youth Work or a Diploma in Youth Work or Community Services.
- Minimum two (2) years' experience working with children and/or young people.
- Experience working within a school environment, with group facilitation experience highly regarded
