About the Role

As an Education & Quality Supervisor / Registered Nurse, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our residents receive the very best care. You’ll design and deliver engaging training programs, mentor and inspire care teams, and champion continuous quality improvement across our Residential Services. From onboarding new staff to supporting accreditation and compliance, you’ll be the driving force behind a culture of excellence, innovation, and compassion in care.

About the Team

At Macquarie Park, BaptistCare operates three dedicated Homes — Cooinda Court, Dorothy Henderson Lodge, and Shalom Centre. Together, they provide a vibrant community offering residential aged care and specialised support services.

As an Education & Quality Supervisor, you’ll work with an experienced team of Educator and Quality Supervisors to guide and support care teams, ensuring consistent, high‑quality care through education and training. You’ll be part of a collaborative environment where innovation, teamwork, and a genuine connection with residents is at the heart of everything we do.

About You

You’re an educator at heart — a natural leader with a strong clinical background. You’ll bring:

• A bachelor’s degree in nursing (or equivalent) and current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse

• Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (or equivalent)

• Experience applying adult learning principles and successfully developing and delivering education programs

• Ability to support staff with diverse needs, including NESB and low‑literacy learners

• Strong relationship‑building, teamwork, and communication skills

• Knowledge of aged care accreditation standards

• A commitment to BaptistCare’s Christian identity and values
