About the Role:

We’re looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse to join our compassionate team at our 40-bed Residential Aged Care Facility in Mundaring. The ideal candidate is experienced, detail-oriented, and committed to providing high-quality, person-centred care to our residents.

In this key role, you’ll work closely with the Manager Residential Care, Manager Aged Care Funding, and clinical staff to ensure accurate and timely information is provided to support AN-ACC assessments. You'll play a vital role in ensuring all supporting documentation is complete and compliant so that all eligible funding can be accurately claimed.

You’ll also be responsible for overseeing the quality and correctness of AN-ACC assessments, maintaining up-to-date documentation, and helping to build the knowledge and capability of the care team involved in the assessment process.

Roster:

Week 1: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday - 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Week 2: Tuesday, Wednesday - 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

About You:

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Enrolled Nurse or Registered Nurse.
• Demonstrated knowledge of AN-ACC processes and aged care funding requirements.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the organisation.
• Sound understanding of aged care compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Experience delivering training and providing support to staff regarding AN-ACC processes and requirements.
