This role is a full-time position for a maximum term of twenty-four months. This is a national role and will require some travel and some irregular working hours on occasion. We offer hybrid working arrangements.
About the role
As a Clinical Systems Consultant, you will play a key role in strengthening BaptistCare’s clinical systems across our Residential services. You will:

Provide clinical expertise to support digital health, medication management, documentation, wound management and other system components

Ensure our clinical systems are contemporary, best‑practice and aligned with Aged Care Quality and Safety Standards

Partner with operational leaders, clinicians, Information and Digital team’s Application Analysts and to enhance and evolve our systems

Lead and deliver role‑based training, system support and coaching to clinical leaders and end users

Support auditing, quality, compliance and regulatory assessments

Build strong relationships with vendors and participate in user groups to drive improvement

Contribute to meaningful projects that shape the future of care at BaptistCare
This role is primarily functional with focus on system design and improvements for the user experience however the role will also expose you to the technical side of our clinical system this role will be ideal for someone who enjoys blending clinical knowledge with systems thinking technology and collaboration.

About you

Proven experience in technical clinical systems, implementation and ongoing support

At least 5 years’ experience in Aged Care

Strong understanding of residential aged care legislation and regulatory requirements

Experience in delivering engaging, effective training

Excellent communication, analytical and problem‑solving skills

Excel skills

Ability to travel as needed

A current Australian Driver’s Licence

(Desirable) Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration
