About the Role:

You will be a trusted partner to our Home Care teams, helping translate financial information into insights that support better decisions for the people and communities we serve. Your attention to detail, integrity and collaborative approach will help ensure resources are used wisely and transparently.
This role is a full-time position for a12 month maximum term with the possibility of permanency.

About You:
Essential
-
CA or CPA qualified (or working towards)

Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar financial accounting role

Strong experience preparing full trial balance and reconciliations

Experience producing financial reports for internal and external stakeholders

High proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Excellent communication skills and ability to build collaborative relationships
Experience with Technology One , AlayaCare or similar financial management systems and experience in aged care, health, community or Home Care environment is highly desirable.
