About the Role:

The chaplain will deliver person-centred Chaplaincy/Pastoral Care tailored to the needs of residents, their families, staff, and volunteers at our aged care facilities, aligning with BaptistCare’s Purpose and Values.

About You:

  • Tertiary qualifications in chaplaincy /pastoral care
  • Ability to demonstrate a high level of Christian spiritual maturity with a pastoral heart
  • Active involvement in and recommendation from a local Christian Church
  • Chaplaincy or pastoral care experience
  • Current ‘Working with Children Check’
  • Experience working in collaborative, multi-disciplinary settings
  • Willingness to undergo a police check, NDIS check and other relevant checks as required for the role
