What You'll Be Doing

• You're a culinary maestro with hotel or banqueting experience, looking for a gig that fits your family-friendly lifestyle.
• You thrive in dynamic, ever-changing environments and love the excitement that comes with it.
• With at least 5 years of experience under your belt, you're a natural leader who can inspire and guide a team.
• You're a pro at working independently, organizing tasks, and setting priorities like a boss.
• You believe in delivering nothing but the best and have a keen eye for food safety.
• You're eager to learn and grow, with training provided to take your career to the next level.
• You're ready to join a team that values Togetherness, Respect, Accountability, Caring, and Integrity. Lead the team: Supervise and coordinate our fantastic dining staff to ensure service runs like clockwork.
• Make mealtime magical: Ensure meals are served promptly and meet the dietary needs and preferences of our beloved residents.
• Lead the charge in transforming dining into an unforgettable experience by coordinating a dynamic team of dining room pros. Keep the vibe fresh and stylish with pristine cleanliness and picture-perfect presentations.
• Tackle concerns or questions with finesse, ensuring every guest leaves with a smile.
• Team up with the kitchen crew to create seamless magic, blending food and service into a one-of-a-kind experience.
• And when special events roll around, you’ll be the mastermind behind making them extraordinary. Dining has never been this exciting!

Desired Skills

• Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Head Chef in a hotel, restaurant, catering company or similar role.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
• Certificate or diploma in hospitality management or a related field is an advantage.
