About the Role:

We are currently looking for a compassionate and experienced Case Worker to provide high-quality support and clinical case work to clients within a trauma-informed care framework.

Working as part of our Community Services – HopeStreet team, you’ll contribute to creating trusted spaces where people feel safe, connected, and supported. In this role, you’ll walk alongside individuals to understand their unique circumstances, offering practical support, advocacy, referrals, and coordinated care that empowers them to live well and move forward with confidence.

About You:

You’re someone who genuinely cares about people and meets them where they’re at. You bring experience in case work and a strong understanding of trauma-informed practice, but just as importantly, you lead with empathy, respect, and good judgement. You’re comfortable navigating complex situations, working collaboratively, and finding practical ways to support people to move forward.

Essential Qualifications & Experience

• Qualifications in Community Services, Social Work, Counselling or other relevant fields (Diploma minimum)
• Experience working in case work or counselling roles with women, children and young people who have experienced Domestic and Family Violence.
• Demonstrated experience working with people experiencing marginalisation and vulnerability
• Hold valid NSW Drivers Licence

• Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships with a wide range of key stakeholders, services, agencies, departments, and government and non-government organisations.
• Advanced skills in risk assessment and case work relating to Domestic and Family Violence.
