About the Role:
We’re currently looking for a compassionate and experienced Case Worker to join our Women’s Services team, providing trauma-informed support to women impacted by domestic and family violence.
In this role, you’ll walk alongside women during some of the most challenging times in their lives offering practical support, clinical case work, advocacy, referrals and connection to the right services, all within a safe and respectful environment.

Essential Qualifications & Experience
- Qualifications in Community Services, Social Work, Counselling or other relevant fields (Diploma minimum)
- Experience working in case work or counselling roles with women, children and young people who have experienced Domestic and Family Violence.
- Demonstrated experience working with people experiencing marginalisation and vulnerability
- Hold valid NSW Drivers Licence

- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships with a wide range of key stakeholders, services, agencies, departments, and government and non-government organisations.
- Advanced skills in risk assessment and case work relating to Domestic and Family Violence.
