About the Role
As a Carer, you’ll enable residents to live well by showing loving care in all that you do. You will:

• Build genuine connections with residents, understanding their needs and preference
• Assist with personal and daily care, including showering, grooming, meals, and mobility
• Support residents in activities that bring joy and meaning to their day
• Encourage choice and independence, always respecting dignity
• Provide feedback to supervisors to ensure care plans reflect changing need

We're offering permanent part‑time roles offering 45.5 hours per fortnight or flexible casual roles - choose the option that suits your lifestyle while making a real impact! 

What do we need from you?

• Holds (or commencing) a Certificate III in Aged Care or is undertaking Undergraduate Registered Nurse training
• Is physically able to carry out duties safely and efficiently
• Has basic computer skills and is open to ongoing learning
• Communicates clearly and compassionately with residents, families, and team members
• Understands and appreciates BaptistCare’s Christian identity and values
