About the Role
Based at our beautiful The Gracewood Community, this exciting opportunity will see you interacting with people regularly, so a friendly, positive attitude and strong customer service skills are paramount. This permanent part-time role offers 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, working 4 hours per day.
- Prepare amazing coffee with your barista skills.
- Prepare and serve delicious food and drinks with a smile.
- Take orders and operate the point-of-sale terminal and EFTPOS machine.
- Maintain a clean and safe café environment, ensuring all equipment is in top condition.
- Maintain the service area to food safety standards.

About You
Our ideal candidate will be a qualified Barista and have all-round café experience – front of house and back of house. You should have a warm and welcoming disposition and empathy for older people, along with a genuine alignment to BaptistCare's purpose, vision and values. You will need to be available for shifts Monday to Friday, 4 hours per day.
