About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Residential Care Partner to join our team at Balladong Gardens in York. In this casual role, you will support residents to live with dignity, comfort and purpose by providing personalised, person‑centred care. You will assist with daily living activities, mobility, meals, meaningful engagement, and maintaining a warm, homely environment. Working alongside a multidisciplinary team, you will help create positive experiences and contribute to the wellbeing of every resident you support.

This casual position offers regular ongoing shifts for the right applicant, and we are seeking someone with strong availability who can reliably support the team’s roster needs.

Please note: There is no staff accommodation available on site. Applicants must live locally or be able to secure their own accommodation in York.

About You

To be considered, you will have:

• A person‑centred approach to care

• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills

• The ability to follow care plans and work safely

• Flexibility and a team‑focused mindset

• Basic to intermediate IT skills

• A current First Aid Certificate

Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent
