About the Role

As a Quality & Clinical Education Consultant, you will:

  • Support compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and drive continuous improvement across our Residential Services
  • Provide expert clinical guidance, develop resources, and deliver education programs to enhance care quality
  • Collaborate with site teams, conduct audits, and contribute to policy development and strategic projects
  • Travel occasionally to BaptistCare homes to provide onsite support and training

About the Team

Join a collaborative Residential Services team committed to person-centred care, continuous improvement, and supporting aged care homes to deliver the best outcomes for our residents.

About You:

  • Current AHPRA registration as Registered Nurse
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment - Delivery and assessment modules
  • Experience in residential aged care
  • Proven experience and knowledge of accreditation/registration and quality frameworks
  • Demonstrated experience in managing the implementation of a continuous improvement program at an organisation wide level
  • Demonstrated ability to create, plan, coordinate and deliver education and training activities with flexible delivery options in consultation with the are Development Unit, Learning & Development and Residential Managers
  • Strong knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards and clinical governance
  • Excellent communication, mentoring, and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to travel and work flexibly across site
