About the Role:

The Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst will support organisational growth by gathering, validating, specifying and testing requirements and transforming and visualising data to enable better decision making.

In this exciting role as a BI Analyst, reporting to the General Manager Data & Analytics, you’ll engage with a variety of stakeholders, including the Executive leadership team, administrative staff, and care team members, to capture and define reporting requirements. This unique opportunity will empower you to craft comprehensive BI solutions, derive actionable insights, and spearhead our migration to a cloud-based infrastructure, all within the dynamic, innovative, and supportive atmosphere of our growing organisation.

About the Team:

The Information & Digital team empowers BaptistCare by delivering innovation, transformational projects, advanced analytics, seamless technology operations, and risk management. You’ll join a collaborative team that values creativity, flexibility, and a solutions-focused approach.

About You:           

  • Ability to independently engage with stakeholders, understand their needs, and translate requirements into effective BI solutions.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role working withing a dynamic fast-paced Data and Analytics teams.
  • Advanced experience with Power BI, SSRS, and Azure or Snowflake data platform.
  • Ability to influence and drive the right solutions through persuasive communication, clear presentations, and collaborative engagement.
  • Qualification in IT or Business Intelligence domain
  • Genuine alignment to BaptistCare’s purpose, mission and values

Desirable experience includes:

  • Not for Profit, Aged care, health or community services experience
  • Experience with database management and data warehouse operational activities
  • Experience with Snowflake, Microsoft Azure and SQL certification
