As a Service Scheduler, you will support the provisioning of efficient delivery of home services across the Central Coast/Hunter regions. You will provide the highest quality customer service consistent with BaptistCare’s service scheduling principles. 

This is a full-time permanent position working Monday to Friday from 9am-5pm. 

What do we need from you?

• Proficiency in the operation of customer databases and Microsoft Office suite of application
• Scheduling/rostering experience in a similar role within Aged Care/Health Care setting preferred
• Outstanding organisational and time management skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to support clients, their families, employees and stakeholders
