About the Role:

The Gracewood Centre in Kellyville is a modern, purpose-built aged care facility nestled in a peaceful, landscaped setting. With a warm community atmosphere and a café serving fresh meals and barista coffee, it’s a place where residents and staff thrive.

As an Administration Officer, you’ll play a key role in supporting our aged care services through a variety of administrative tasks. You’ll be part of a collaborative team that empowers one another to make a meaningful impact in the lives of those we serve.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client administration and record management

  • Hosting tours for prospective residents and families

  • Supporting sales and admissions processes

  • General administrative duties as required

About You:

  • You’re a team player with a warm and approachable personality

  • You enjoy engaging with people of all ages and backgrounds

  • You have experience in office administration and strong organisational skills

  • You’re confident using MS Word, Excel, and Outlook

  • You communicate clearly and professionally, both in writing and verbally

  • You deliver excellent customer service and can work independently
