About the Role

We’re seeking a welcoming and organised Admin Officer to be the friendly face of our Shalom Centre reception. In this role, you’ll ensure smooth day-to-day operations by:

  • Greeting visitors and assisting residents with warmth and professionalism.

  • Managing phone, email, and face-to-face enquiries with empathy and discretion.

  • Supporting residents and families with information, admissions, and documentation.

  • Maintaining office organisation including diaries, meetings, supplies, and equipment.

  • Processing accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and resident trust accounts.

  • Ensuring accurate resident records and agreements are completed and maintained.

  • Promoting a safe workplace by following WHS policies and procedures.

This is more than administration — it’s about creating a caring environment where residents feel supported and valued.
