About the role
Baptistcare Gracehaven, Rockingham is looking for permanent part time Registered Nurses to deliver high quality, responsive and individualised care. In this role, you’ll plan, organise and implement care in accordance with individual Resident Care Plans and deliver and promote high standards of professional care. An experienced leader, you will provide clinical leadership, support and guidance to our Care Staff.

About you:
You are a Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration and a passion for leading and supporting care teams in a residential aged care setting. Ideally, you bring at least three years of experience, with aged care or community services experience highly regarded. You provide clear direction and supervision to Enrolled Nurses and Care Partners, ensuring residents' care needs are met in accordance with clinical requirements and individual care plans.
With a strong understanding of evidence-based clinical practice, you lead by example and empower others to deliver care that aligns with best practice and scope of practice standards. You’re experienced in developing care plans in consultation with residents, families, GPs, and allied health professionals. You relate to older people with empathy, understanding, and respect, and you bring excellent communication, interpersonal, and assessment skills to your role.
