You will oversee all aspects of food service operations, including menu planning, budgeting, staff supervision, and compliance. A key part of this role involves engaging directly with residents to gather feedback and tailor meals to their preferences and dietary needs. You are a qualified chef with a passion for people and a flair for leadership. You bring:
Minimum two years’ experience in a similar role, ideally within aged care or healthcare
Tertiary qualifications in Hospitality or Commercial Cookery such as Cert IV in Commercial Cookery
Demonstrated experience in applying HACCP principles.
Proven ability to lead teams, manage budgets, and deliver exceptional customer service
Experience designing menus that meet diverse dietary needs
