Position one:

9am - 3.30pm, Monday - Friday 

Position two:

8.30am - 4.30pm, 2-3 days per week (days flexible Monday - Friday)

Shalom Centre is surrounded by beautifully landscaped gardens and a caring community. The courtyard café serves fresh, tasty meals and barista-fresh coffee, giving a cosmopolitan flair to the lifestyle here.

As an Administration Officer, you’ll be part of a team, empowering and supporting one another to make a meaningful difference in the lives of the people we serve. You will be responsible for a variety of administrative functions for aged care services.

Duties include:

  • Client Administration
  • Hosting tours of the facility
  • Sales aspects for the facility
  • General administrative duties as requested

About You:

  • You're a team player with a warm and friendly demeanor who enjoys interacting with people of all ages
  • You have experience in office administration and have outstanding organisational skills
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • You are competent in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
  • You display great customer service skills with the ability to perform tasks with minimal supervision
