About the role

Baptistcare Balladong Gardens, York WA is looking for a casual Registered Nurse to deliver high quality, responsive and individualised care. In this role, you’ll plan, organise and implement care in accordance with individual Resident Care Plans and deliver and promote high standards of professional care. An experienced leader, you will provide clinical leadership, support and guidance to our Care Staff.

Essential Qualifications & Experience:

•             You are a Registered Nurse with current AHPRA Registration

•             You have a minimum of 2 years nursing experience

•             You have experience in a clinical leadership role

•             You possess excellent Written & Verbal Communication Skills

•             You can demonstrate time management & organisational skills with the ability to meet objectives/timelines

Balladong Gardens provides dedicated support to a beloved community of unique individuals, including person-centred care and specialised support for those living with dementia.

We offer 26 individual rooms, each featuring quality furnishings that will make our residents feel right at home. 

The dedicated memory support unit features 13 individual rooms within a secure, safe and stimulating environment, where professional nurses and trained staff deliver 24-hour care. Residents can enjoy communal areas, quiet lounges, and an outdoor courtyard.
