Service Scheduler – At Home Services

About the role 
As a Service Scheduler in Home Care, you will: 

• Schedule and allocate customer services to care workers based on each customer’s individual care needs, worker suitability and availability. 
• Work closely with Care Facilitators to develop rosters that meet customer needs and comply with the BaptistCare Enterprise Agreement. Confirm service appointments with customers and respond to scheduling queries. 
• Maintain accurate customer information, service details and relevant care attributes. 

This position is working Monday to Friday from 7.30am – 3.30pm.  
  

What you’ll bring 

Essential competencies include: 

• Excellent organisational and time management skills 
• Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written 
• Ability to work under pressure and juggle competing priorities 
• Familiarity with scheduling software or willingness to learn 
• Positive attitude and ability to problem-solve 
• Understand and value BaptistCare’s Christian identity 
• Previous experience in a service scheduling, administration, or customer service role (desirable) 
• Knowledge of Home Care programs and funding (desirable)
