Do you have a flair for problem solving? Do you have strong attention to detail and thrive on multitasking? We are looking for after hours schedulers.
As a Service Scheduler, you will support the provisioning of efficient delivery of home services across the organisation providing the highest quality customer service.
The successful applicants will work a combination of shifts that are made up of the following;
- Monday and Wednesday - 4:30pm – 8:30pm
- Public Holidays 10:30am – 6:30pm
- Some flexibility around these shift times required to allow for leave coverage.
What do we need from you?
- Proficiency in the operation of customer databases and Microsoft Office suite of application
- Scheduling/rostering experience in a similar role within Aged Care/Health Care setting
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to support clients, their families, employees and stakeholders
