Reporting to the GM of IT Delivery team, you’ll be a key leader within the Information & Digital team, responsible for delivering strategic technology and Cyber Security projects that support BaptistCare’s digital transformation and organisational objectives.

This role will play a critical part in the delivery of BaptistCare’s multi-year Cyber Uplift Program, leading complex initiatives across cloud security, identity and access management, data governance, and broader cyber security domains. You will work closely with the Program Manager, business leaders, technical teams, vendors, and external partners to ensure projects are delivered successfully and that stakeholders are engaged throughout the journey.

 

About the Role

 

• Lead the planning, governance, and delivery of large-scale Cyber Security and technology projects and programs
• Drive the successful delivery of Cyber Uplift initiatives across cloud security, data governance, Identity and Access Management, and Risk Management
• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests, ensuring proactive mitigation strategies are implemented
• Lead and influence cross-functional project teams, vendors, and external consultants to achieve project outcomes
• Prepare and present project status reports, risks, budgets, and recommendations to Steering Committees and senior stakeholders
• Support stakeholder readiness and adoption through effective communication and Change Management activities
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management methodologies, governance frameworks, and delivery practices

 

About You

 

You’re an experienced Senior Project Manager who thrives in complex environments and has a proven track record delivering large-scale cyber security and technology transformation programs. You are a strong communicator and influencer, capable of building trusted relationships across all levels of an organisation while driving project outcomes and organisational change.

You'll bring:

• Qualifications in Information Technology, Project Management, or a related discipline
• 7+ years’ experience delivering corporate IT projects and programs within complex enterprise environments
• Proven experience leading Cyber Uplift initiatives, including cloud security, data governance, and Identity and Access management projects
• Strong experience delivering projects and programs from concept through to implementation and operational handover
• Expertise in project management methodologies such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or similar frameworks
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence outcomes and build strong relationships across all levels of the organisation

• Proven leadership and Change Management capability, with experience driving stakeholder adoption and organisational readiness
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex challenges and deliver practical solutions
