About the Role:
As a Senior Learning & Development (L&D) Partner, you'll be at the forefront of driving performance and capability growth by partnering with stakeholders and championing People & Culture initiatives. You'll lead the development and delivery of impactful learning programs, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and provide thought leadership to stay ahead of industry trends. Your role will involve collaborating with various departments to optimise organisational performance, ensuring memorable learning experiences, and enabling stakeholders to effectively utilise available tools and resources.

About you:
To be considered, you will have:
• Demonstrable depth in L&D practice in a highly dispersed workforce.
• Highly evolved facilitation skills and experience, in diverse channel delivery.
• The capability to oversee program implementation, utilising available talent and human resources frameworks and tools.
• Demonstrable knowledge of contemporary adult learning and instruction principles and practices.
• Strong collaborative and participative leadership skills.
• Proven problem-solving abilities and innovative mindset.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the natural ability to connect with a broad range of stakeholders.
• A valid Drivers License and commitment to occasional travel, including inter-state.
