Your Role:
As a Sales Consultant in our Sales Hub, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers of BaptistCare Retirement Living. Your primary responsibility will be to qualify leads and convert them through invested conversations, exposure to, and the sales of the independent living proposition. This call-based role focuses on building solid, long-term relationships with future BaptistCare residents by providing industry-leading customer experiences.

What We're Looking For:
• Experience in an outbound customer service or sales role/call centre environment.
• Strong computer skills, preferably with experience in CRM systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional and caring disposition.
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment to achieve business objectives.
• Knowledge of the retirement living industry, including the Retirement Living Act and Regulations desirable.
• A relevant tertiary qualification desirable.
• A genuine alignment to BaptistCare’s vision, purpose and values.
