About the Role

We’re currently offering a permanent part-time opportunity for a Registered Nurse to join our dedicated night shift team. You’ll work three consistent night shifts each week—Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday—with the possibility of picking up an additional Sunday night shift.

In this role, you’ll lead overnight clinical care, respond to resident needs with empathy and professionalism, and ensure a safe, supportive environment. You’ll supervise your team, manage emergencies with confidence, and maintain continuity of care through the night.

About You

• You hold a bachelor’s degree in nursing or equivalent

• You have current AHPRA Registration

• You have proven clinical leadership and team collaboration skills

• You possess a strong understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards

• You have excellent communication and emergency response capabilities

• You have effective time management and organisational skills
