About the role

BaptistCare Kularoo Centre is seeking Registered Nurses who are passionate about person‑centred, values‑led care and are looking for flexibility, variety and purpose in their work.

In this role, you’ll lead safe, high‑quality clinical care across a range of shifts, translating each resident’s Care Plan into meaningful, compassionate daily support. You’ll be a trusted clinical presence on shift — guiding and mentoring care staff, supporting best‑practice documentation and clinical decision‑making, and helping ensure residents feel safe, respected and supported at all times of the day and night.

Essential Qualifications & Experience:

To thrive in this role, you’ll bring:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong time management and organisational skills, with the ability to meet objectives and timelines
• Confidence to respond effectively in emergency situations
• A genuine commitment to person‑centred care, ensuring residents are treated with dignity, respect and compassion at all times
• Alignment with our values and a passion for enhancing the quality of life and wellbeing of older people
