About the Role

The Gracewood Centre, located in Kellyville, is a vibrant aged care community built on a people-first philosophy. With beautifully designed spaces and a strong sense of belonging, our residents enjoy a safe, supportive environment where individuality is celebrated.

As a Lifestyle Officer, you’ll play a key role in creating uplifting experiences through engaging social, recreational, cultural, and wellbeing programs. Whether it’s a group activity, one-on-one interaction, or a special event, your work will foster connection, independence, and joy.

You’ll be guided by a thoughtfully designed activity program and supported by our Lifestyle Coordinator and dedicated care team. Together, we’ll create moments that matter.

About You

  • You hold a Certificate IV in Leisure and Health or related qualification (or willingness to attain)

  • You hold previous experience in aged care or a similar role

  • You are passionate about working with older people and being part of a collaborative team

  • You are comfortable using a computer and open to ongoing learning
