The Head of Workplace Relations & Remuneration is a pivotal leadership role, shaping workplace relations and remuneration strategy at scale during a period of transformation, growth, and national alignment.
About the Role:
As Head of Workplace Relations & Remuneration, you will be a key leader within our People & Culture team, partnering with senior executives to deliver contemporary, commercially sound and values aligned people strategies.
You will lead the development of national ER/IR and remuneration frameworks, ensuring they support both compliance and a strong, purpose driven culture. This role is ideal for someone energised by complexity, who wants to help define the future of work at BaptistCare.
This role is offered on a full-time permanent basis with national scope, reporting into the GM People Services & Systems. We offer flexible and hybrid working arrangements.

About You:
You are a strategic and values led ER/IR leader, who is confident operating in complex environments and influencing at a senior level.
You bring:
- Extensive ER/IR leadership experience in complex, multi-site organisations
- Proven success leading enterprise bargaining and managing industrial risk
- Deep knowledge of employment law, awards, and compliance frameworks
- Exceptional executive stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and influencing skills
- Previous accountability for remuneration strategy, frameworks, and governance
- Proven experience leading workplace assurance and compliance programs, and governance uplift
- The ability to navigate change and bring others with you
