As our Facility Cook, you’ll assist in leading a team where your craft, leadership and care will be felt at every table, every day.

This is more than a Chef role. It’s a chance to create moments: comfort, celebration, and connection — through truly great food.

The available roster for this role is from Saturday to Sunday– 32 Hours per fortnight from 9am-5pm

About you (the Chef we’re excited to meet)

You’re the kind of leader who brings standards + soul. You’ll also bring:

• A recognised Commercial Cookery qualification (e.g., Cert III or equivalent)
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience cooking in a similar environment or restaurant experience
• Demonstrated experience applying HACCP principles
• Proven experience leading a team and setting a values-based culture
• A genuine desire to deliver an exceptional food experience.
