About the role:

Located just a short stroll from local shops and transport, Cooinda Court features peaceful retreat areas, barbecue facilities, and a recently renovated dining room serving freshly cooked, homely meals. Residents have access to a hairdressing salon, library spaces, BBQ area specialist health services as well as beautifully landscaped gardens to enjoy.

As a Carer, you’ll provide hands-on support to our residents, helping them with daily activities such as personal care, mobility, meals, and social engagement. You’ll work closely with nurses, allied health professionals, and families to ensure each resident feels safe, valued, and empowered.

As a Night Shift Carer, you’ll be the steady presence through the night—supporting residents with personal care, emotional reassurance, and safety.

About you:

  • You are passionate about delivering person-centred care and can engage meaningfully with residents to support their individual needs.
  • You thrive in a team environment and contribute positively to a collaborative workplace culture.
  • You have strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, you’re able to build respectful relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
  • You hold Certificate III Individual Support or equivalent or are working towards obtaining.
