As a Community Enrolled Nurse servicing clients in Forster, Taree and the surrounding area, you will deliver high quality clinical care under the direct/indirect supervision of the Registered Nurse that support our clients to remain living at home. You’ll develop genuine connections with our clients and their loved ones and assist them to implement innovative strategies that will optimise their health and well-being and support their independence. 
 
What do we need from you? 

This position is home-office based with support from the local site office in Forster and is open to both part-time or full-time hours. 

You will need to be comfortable working on your own in the community, have excellent verbal communication skills and have an empathetic, patient and caring nature. This role does require you to have a valid driver licence and own a reliable motor vehicle with a minimum Third-Party Property Damage car insurance as you need to travel to our clients’ homes.

• Current Enrolled Nurse qualifications with current AHPRA registration
• Current clinical experience in acute or aged care sector 
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Demonstrated time management & organisational skills with the ability to meet objectives/timelines
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, under the supervision of the Registered Nurse and as part of a team
• Previous experience in Community Nursing is highly desirable
