About the Role

As the Clinical Manager at Kalkarni, you'll lead the delivery of safe, high-quality, person-centred care that enhances resident wellbeing and supports meaningful living. This permanent part-time role offers 45 hours per fortnight across three days per week and is ideal for an experienced clinician seeking meaningful leadership work in a regional setting while maintaining a metropolitan lifestyle.

For the right candidate, there is also a unique opportunity to combine this role with the Clinical Manager position at Balladong Gardens in nearby York, creating a full-time leadership opportunity across two BaptistCare aged care homes. This arrangement provides broader clinical leadership responsibility, increased hours and the chance to influence care outcomes across two supportive regional communities.

You'll oversee clinical and allied health services, guide assessment and care planning, and ensure compliance with AN-ACC, Accreditation Standards and BaptistCare policies. Your leadership will shape practice standards, strengthen clinical governance and support a culture of continuous improvement.

Kalkarni is home to a committed Residential team who put residents at the centre of every decision. The Brookton team is known for its supportive culture, strong collaboration and genuine care. Many of our leaders and staff travel from Perth for part-time or flexible arrangements, creating a welcoming environment for clinicians who enjoy regional work while living in the city.

About You

You're an experienced clinical leader who brings confidence, compassion and a strong commitment to person-centred care. You'll have:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Senior clinical leadership experience in aged care
• Strong capability in leading multidisciplinary teams
• Knowledge of AN-ACC, aged care legislation and Aged Care Quality Standards
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset
• Ability to interpret clinical and financial reports
• Alignment with BaptistCare's values and Christian identity
