Baptistcare Balladong Gardens, a 26-bed aged care facility in York, is seeking a dedicated housekeeper to join our team.
You’ll help create a clean, comfortable, and homely environment by cleaning resident rooms and common areas, replenishing supplies, supporting laundry tasks, and assisting with moving furniture and rubbish bins. Maintaining infection control and food safety standards, completing shift paperwork, and keeping the site tidy are essential parts of this role.

About You:
You are capable of managing a busy and physically demanding workload while remaining flexible and responsive to changing priorities. You have a high level of comprehension and attention to detail, along with strong time management skills. Your person-centred approach enables you to engage meaningfully with residents, and you relate to the aged care population with genuine empathy, understanding, and respect.
