About the role

Set amongst peaceful bushland, Caloola Centre is a warm and welcoming home offering quality and specialised care. With beautifully landscaped gardens and a newly built sensory garden, we create a safe and enriching environment for our residents.

As a Cleaner, you’ll play a key role in keeping our home clean, safe, and comfortable for residents, visitors, and staff.

We offer a competitive salary based on your previous experience from $27.77 - $31.36/hr + superannuation + penalties + salary packaging.

Duties include:

• Clean residents’ rooms, bathrooms, communal areas, and staff spaces
• Follow cleaning schedules and policies, completing documentation as required
• Maintain infection control and safety standards

About You:

• Experience working with food and cleaning chemicals
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Ability to work under pressure with empathy and patience
• Understanding of and alignment with our values
