About the role
As a Catering Assistant at BaptistCare Aminya, you’ll help create a warm, welcoming dining experience for our residents. Your work will include serving meals, assisting with light food preparation, reheating dishes, taking orders, and ensuring each resident receives the right meal at the right time and temperature. You’ll also help keep our kitchen and dining areas clean, safe and well organised, always following our Food Safety Program and infection control practices.
This casual role offers a mix of morning and afternoon shifts, ideal for someone who values flexibility and meaningful work.
Base hourly rate $28.62 + 25% Casual Loading + 12% Superannuation

Experience working with food or in a kitchen environment

Experience with cleaning and safe use of chemicals

Strong communication skills and the ability to work under pressure
