We have a mix of permanent part‑time and casual opportunities available. Our PPT roles follow consistent roster patterns, while casual roles offer flexibility with regular shifts.

Permanent Part‑Time Shift Patterns

Option 1:

• 7:00am – 2:00pm, Monday to Wednesday

Option 2:

• 3:00pm – 9:30pm or 10:30pm, Tuesday to Friday

Option 3 (Night Duty):

• 10:30pm – 7:00am, Monday and Thursday

Night Duty Note: Candidates who are available for ND may be offered a combination roster, pairing night shifts with either AM or PM shifts depending on operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Build warm, trusting relationships with residents

• Provide personal care including showering, grooming, meals and mobility support

• Support residents in meaningful activities that promote joy, purpose and social engagement

• Encourage independence, choice and dignity

• Communicate changes or concerns to ensure care plans remain accurate

• Contribute to a safe, person‑centred and supportive environment

About You

You’ll thrive in this role if you bring:

• Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent, or are working toward completion

• Experience in residential aged care or a similar care environment

• Competence in personal care tasks and manual handling

• A strong commitment to person‑centred care and resident dignity

• Warm communication skills and the ability to build trusting relationships

• Reliability and flexibility across a variety of shifts

• Ability to work independently and within a supportive team

• Basic computer skills for documentation and care plans

• A positive, respectful and empathetic approach
