About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Casual Care Partner to join our team at Kalkarni Residential Aged Care in Brookton. In this role, you will support residents to live with dignity, comfort and purpose by providing personalised, person‑centred care.
Your responsibilities will include assisting with daily living activities, mobility, meals, meaningful engagement, and helping maintain a warm, homely environment. Working alongside a multidisciplinary team, you will contribute to positive experiences and the wellbeing of every resident you support.
This casual position offers regular ongoing shifts for the right applicant. We are seeking someone with strong availability who can reliably support the team’s roster needs.
Please note: Staff accommodation is not available on site. Applicants must live locally or be able to secure their own accommodation in Brookton or surrounding areas.

Hourly rate from $31.13 to $34.59, dependent on qualifications and experience, plus 25% casual loading and 12% superannuation

About You

A current First Aid Certificate
