About the Role
Based at our beautiful The Gracewood Community, you will be part of our café team, helping to create a warm and welcoming environment for our customers.

This is a varied role where you will provide friendly customer service, prepare and serve food and drinks, make quality coffee and assist with the day-to-day operation of the café.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Prepare and serve food and drinks with a smile
• Craft quality coffee using your barista skills
• Provide friendly and welcoming customer service
• Take orders and operate the point-of-sale terminal and EFTPOS machine
• Maintain a clean and safe café environment, ensuring equipment is kept in good condition
• Maintain the service area in accordance with food safety standards

What You'll Bring
You will have all-round café experience across both front and back of house, including barista skills. You will have a warm and welcoming nature, strong customer service skills and empathy for older people, along with a genuine alignment to BaptistCare's purpose, vision and values.
