As a Café All Rounder at BaptistCare Yarra Rosa, you'll be the face of our café — serving customers, preparing food and drinks, keeping the space looking great and supporting the team with a positive, can-do attitude.

• $35.78 per hour (inclusive of 25% casual loading) + superannuation

THE ROLE
This is a casual role requiring flexible availability to cover shifts between 6:30am and 9:00pm, seven days a week, including weekends. Your day might include:

• Making and serving coffee, food, and drinks
• Taking orders and handling POS/EFTPOS
• Keeping the café clean, organised, and welcoming
• Re-stocking fridges and displays
• Supporting the team during busy service periods

ABOUT YOU

• Friendly, reliable, and customer-focused
• Comfortable working in a busy café environment
• Barista or café experience is a plus (but not essential)
• Happy to work independently and as part of a team
• Food safety knowledge, or willingness to learn
