About the Role:

BaptistCare Bethshan Gardens is seeking a Laundry and Cleaning Attendant on a permanent part time basis of 33 hours per fortnight. The role will consist of a combination of cleaning & laundry shifts to cater to our residents' needs.

Rate range on offer is $25.62 – $27.98/hr + Super + Salary Packaging Benefits!

Wyee is a picturesque town in the Lake Macquarie region of New South Wales, surrounded by lakes, close to beaches and near the Sydney-Newcastle Freeway. Bethshan Gardens consists of 137 beds.

About You:

To be considered, you will have:

• Experience in ensuring residents’ clothes and linen is laundered correctly and to the highest standard through sorting of linen and use of correct wash cycle while maintaining cleanliness of equipment and laundry areas 
• Experience in cleaning of general accommodation (residents' rooms), bathrooms, living/communal areas and other general/staff areas 
• Following laundry & cleaning schedule & policies while completing relevant documentation as required
