About the role 

We are looking for an experienced and highly organised Business Support Lead to provide trusted support to our Chief Property & Development Officer and Chief Legal, Risk & Governance Officer. In this role you will work at the centre of strategic decision making while contributing to an organisation that genuinely makes a difference in people's lives every day. 

You will play a critical part in ensuring the smooth operation of leadership activities, governance processes and business administration and, amongst other tasks, will manage executive inboxes, prioritise competing demands and ensure critical communications and actions are progressed effectively  

The teams support BaptistCare's strategic objectives through expertise in property, development, legal, risk, governance and compliance, helping deliver sustainable growth and strong organisational outcomes. 

You will: 

• Provide high level executive and administrative support to senior leaders. 

• Coordinate complex diaries and travel arrangements  

• Manage executive inboxes, prioritising communications and key actions 

• Prepare agendas, board quality reports, minutes and leadership documentation. 

• Maintain and publish information through Microsoft Teams and SharePoint platforms. 

• Coordinate leadership meetings, conferences and key organisational events. 

• Support governance, compliance, risk management and reporting activities. 

• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and smarter ways of working.

About You 

You are a proactive, solutions focused professional who thrives in a fast paced environment and enjoys supporting senior leaders to achieve outstanding outcomes. 

You will bring: 

• 3-6 years' experience as an Executive Assistant, Business Support Lead, Legal Officer, Paralegal or similar senior, complex administrative support role. 

• Experience supporting executives, senior leaders or professional services teams. 

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. 

• Highly desirable SharePoint experience, including document management and information publishing. 

• Excellent organisational, reporting and stakeholder management skills. 

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. 

• Sound judgement, discretion and a collaborative working style. 

• A passion for learning new technologies and continuously improving processes.
