About the role:

Reporting to the Customer Engagement Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving growth and expanding our services within the home care sector. Your primary focus will be on increasing our presence in the region by proactively engaging with potential clients, nurturing warm leads, and collaborating with stakeholders.

You will be an expert in home care and able to reliably advise and guide potential clients through the entry stages to access services. You will work closely with the Area Managers, marketing and the contact centre to identify local growth opportunities and contribute to the overall success of the BaptistCare At Home stream.

About You:

To be considered, you will have:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field
• 5+ years’ experience in sales, marketing or related field
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
• Proven telephone sales success
• Proven ability to achieve sales outcomes
• Excellent organisational skills including the ability to manage complex projects and multi-task
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Strong understanding of customer service and promoting outstanding customer experience
• Ability to operate autonomously and manage tasks with minimal supervision
• Proficient in stakeholder management and ability to network and consult with a diverse range of stakeholders
• High-level written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to travel from time-to-time
