About the Role:

Make an impact at BaptistCare. We’re growing our Business Technology Solutions team with two (2) experienced Business Analysts who will help shape and deliver key initiatives across the organisation.

Business Analyst for CRM Project

  • Play a pivotal role in a large, end-to-end business system implementation (CRM)
  • Elicit and document business requirements, conduct as-is/to-be process mapping, and ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with technical and business teams to deliver a transformative CRM solution.

Business Analyst for Marketing Project

  • Lead business analysis and project management activities for small to medium-sized marketing projects.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to elicit requirements, map processes, and deliver solutions that drive marketing effectiveness.
  • Manage project delivery, timelines, budget and outcomes for assigned initiatives.

About the Team:

Business Technology Solutions empowers the business by delivering innovation, transformational projects, advanced analytics, seamless technology operations and the management of risk and compliance.

About You:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in business analysis and business process design
  • Previous experience participating on Project teams
  • Experience with Testing system changes for various projects
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to new environments/systems, respond to changing demands
  • High level of written, verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to develop relationships with key organisational stakeholders, including Execs and Business users
  • Ability to communicate (both written and verbal) in a language suitable for various audiences including business stakeholders, executives as well as technology teams, involved in project implementation
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills and ability to work harmoniously in a team environment
  • Demonstrated experience using software tools such as Visio, MS Project & Jira to document plans and processes
  • Experience with Healthcare and Aged Care systems and technology is highly regarded

Additional Requirements:

Business Analyst for CRM Project

  • Previous business analyst experience on large end-to-end business system implementation projects
  • Ability to work within cross functional delivery teams such as integration, solution architecture, change management, data & analytics teams
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management systems
  • Experience with Contact Centre technologies
  • Experience with Voice of Customer technology
  • Experience with BI reporting projects
  • Experience in liaising with external vendors or third parties

Business Analyst for Marketing Project

  • Previous business analyst experience on a range of small to large end-to-end business system implementation projects
  • Ability to work within cross functional delivery teams such as integration, solution architecture, change management, infrastructure, data & analytics teams
  • Experience with managing small to medium sized projects
  • Experience with a marketing stack applications, website and/or intranet projects and software is an advantage
