About the Role:
Nestled in the peaceful and scenic bushland of Wagga Wagga, Caloola Centre provides quality, specialist support to a well-loved community on beautifully landscaped gardens nearby to the shops, clubs, and church.
As an Admin Officer/Coordinator, you’ll be part of a team, empowering and supporting one another to make a meaningful difference in the lives of the people we serve. You will be responsible for a variety of administrative functions for aged care services.
We offer a competitive salary based on your previous experience from $26.51 - $34.41/hr + superannuation + penalties + salary packaging.
Duties may include:
- Client Administration
- Hosting tours of the facility
- Sales aspects for the facility
- General administrative duties as requested
About You:
- A team player attitude and enjoy interacting with elderly people
- Proven experience in office administration/clerical position and outstanding organisational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Competent computer skills in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Great customer service with ability to perform tasks with minimal supervision
