Admin Officer/Coordinator

 

  • Part-time - 30 hours per week (Mon-Fri)

Reporting to the Business Administrator, you will make a meaningful difference in the lives of both our clients and staff. Your role will assist with the efficient delivery of administrative functions for home care services.

It may be hearing the smile in your voice as you answer a phone call, your quick and reliable response to any request, or helping a client with a simple need. You’ll be dedicated to your administration tasks, and in all that you do, you will add to the loving care that empowers our clients to live well.

Duties:

  • Ensuring all customer records are maintained and documented according to legislative and BaptistCare requirements 
  • Producing documents, spreadsheets, entering data and printing reports as required  
  • Processing accounts payable, receivable and payment documentation 
  • Maintaining office supplies, repairs, and resource allocation 
  • Entering accurate data for payroll and assisting with timesheets and the rostering process where required 
  • Record vehicle usage, archive and equipment registers when necessary 
  • Living the values with heart by offering friendly, helpful assistance across phones, email and face to face interactions from greeting and helping visitors to solving more complex queries 

What do we need from you?

  • Have proven experience in Office Administration and outstanding organisational skills
  • Be an excellent communicator with great standards of customer service
  • Demonstrate ability to meet deadlines
  • Work with minimal supervision and as part of a team
  • Be competent with computer skills in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
