Care Team Manager – Warabrook
Fulltime Fixed Term 6 Month contract
About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Care Team Manager to lead and oversee clinical care operations at Warabrook Centre. This role is based in the Memory Support Unit, managing 30 residents and staff. The position is Monday to Friday, with some shifts starting later to supervise the late afternoon period. Management experience and experience in managing dementia-specific units are required, and post-graduate dementia qualifications are preferred. As a key member of our leadership team, you will inspire and manage a passionate care team to deliver exceptional care to our residents. With your clinical expertise, strong leadership skills, and commitment to continuous improvement, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring quality care and promoting the dignity and well-being of those we support.

As a well-established centre that supports 153 residents, Warabrook’s trained staff provide kind, friendly and personalised services including respite, palliative and dementia care.
Willingness to obtain an NDIS Worker Screening Check or provide current NDIS Worker screening clearance.
