About the Role:

At BaptistCare HopeStreet, we seek to transform the lives of people in our communities who are living with disadvantage or experiencing great personal trials.

As a Retail Coordinator, you’ll manage the day-to-day operations of our community retail space, ensuring high-quality practical support for our clients.

Duties include:

  • Coordinate retail operations, including rostering, stock control, and sales
  • Recruit, train and support volunteers
  • Build strong relationships with donors, community members and local partners
  • Ensure compliance with WHS and BaptistCare policies
  • Support broader community development goals through retail engagement

About You:

  • Certificate IV in Retail or Community Services (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience in retail, community spaces or social enterprises
  • Strong communication, organisational and financial skills
  • Good technology skills, in areas of communication, data entry, and financials
  • A heart for social justice and community engagement
  • Current Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain)
  • A valid drivers licence
